Shipping Information
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis through our shipping partner United Parcel Service (UPS). Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.

Return Policy
The customer may return the equipment directly to HVAC Pal within 14 days from the date of delivery. No refund or credit on any payments made is available for products returned later than 14 days from the date of delivery.

Equipment may be returned for credit in accordance with the following conditions:
- Product must be in "as new" conditions
- Product must be returned in the original packaging
- All parts and all accessories must be returned, etc. A 25% restocking fee will be billed for returned product
- Product must be shipped back, via prepaid courier to the address provided by Customer Service at the time of return request

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are at the customer’s expense.

The customer is responsible for any cancellation fees by the service provider that may be associated with the returned product.

The customer is responsible for any damage or loss during return shipment. Therefore, parcel insurance is recommended.
